MANAGEMENT TRAINNEE
The Management Trainee Programme is designed to develop future leaders in restaurant operations. You will undergo structured training across all areas of the business, including Front-of-House, Kitchen Operations, Inventory Management, Customer Service, Team Leadership, and Business Operations. Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be promoted to a supervisory or management role based on performance.
- Key Responsibilities
- Restaurant Operations
- Learn and perform all Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer feedback professionally.
- Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Leadership Development
- Supervise daily restaurant operations under the guidance of senior managers.
- Assist in leading and motivating service and kitchen teams.
- Support staff scheduling and manpower planning.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding and staff training.
- Business Operations
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock ordering.
- Ensure proper cash handling and POS operations.
- Assist in controlling food cost, labour cost and operating expenses.
- Support sales initiatives and promotional activities to achieve outlet targets.
- Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, SFA food safety requirements, and workplace safety regulations.
- Conduct routine operational checks to maintain service quality and consistency.
- Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Management Exposure
- Learn budgeting, cost control and basic profit & loss (P&L) analysis.
- Prepare operational reports and management updates.
- Participate in new outlet openings, projects and company initiatives when required.
- Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline (Hospitality/F&B preferred).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
