Manager - Academics & Corporate Partnerships

- Develop
and manage strategic partnerships with universities, higher education
institutions, and corporate organizations to promote the Company's
training programs and academic offerings.
- Conduct
B2B outreach to corporations and universities through calls, emails, and
meetings to introduce and present the Company's programs and collaboration
opportunities.
- Follow
up on partnership leads generated through marketing activities,
conferences, and referrals, converting prospects into active corporate and
university partners.
- Achieve
and exceed monthly partnership and revenue/enrollment targets by securing
agreements with corporate clients and universities and promoting relevant
programs to their employees or students.
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers (HR,
L&D, business unit leaders, procurement) as well as university
representatives (program coordinators, faculty, administrative staff).
- Provide
clear and detailed information about program structures, schedules,
benefits, and partnership/commercial models tailored to each client's or
institution's specific needs.
- Act as
the primary point of contact for both corporate and university partners
throughout the partnership lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and positive
collaboration experience.
- Research
and understand the business, workforce development, and academic needs of
corporate clients and universities to tailor partnership proposals and
program offerings effectively.
- Identify
opportunities to expand collaborations, including corporate upskilling
initiatives, co-branded programs, student enrollment pathways, and joint
training programs.
- Maintain
accurate records of partnership activities, communications, and progress
across both corporate and university accounts in the CRM system.
- Gather
feedback from corporate and university partners and suggest improvements
or new program opportunities aligned with market demand.
Benefits
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Academic Partnerships, University Relations, Business Development, or B2B Corporate Sales, with a proven track record of building and managing institutional partnerships. Experience in the education/training sector is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Strong experience in developing and managing partnerships with universities, colleges, educational institutions, and other academic stakeholders, with the ability to identify and establish new institutional collaborations.
- Proven ability to generate and close B2B corporate sales opportunities, build corporate accounts, and achieve or exceed assigned sales and partnership targets.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with the confidence to engage with senior-level stakeholders across universities, institutions, and corporate organizations.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term university/institutional partnerships while simultaneously managing corporate clients and sales opportunities.
- Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify new partnership opportunities, conduct meetings and presentations, negotiate agreements, and convert partnerships into business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
