MISSION

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Manager Account & Business Development to join our team. This role plays a key part in accelerating our growth across the Digital Identity ecosystem in the DACH region and Central & Eastern Europe, with a strong emphasis on identifying and winning new business opportunities. You will engage with government agencies, technology vendors and key players in sectors adopting the EUDI Wallet, applying a consultative approach to open new doors and position Fime as trusted, value-added partner in the region.

ACTIVITIES

  • Drive new business development across the region, leveraging your regional network and market knowledge to identify, qualify, and secure new clients.
  • Understand client needs and challenges and present tailored, high-value technical solutions
  • Develop and execute a structured go-to-market strategy to expand our presence and capture untapped opportunities in the digital identity ecosystem.
  • Lead the full sales process—from prospecting and lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure—with a strong focus on results.
  • Engage with C-level and senior decision-makers, articulating our value proposition and tailoring solutions to their strategic and operational needs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the European Digital Identity landscape, including local regulations, trends, and competitive dynamics, to inform business strategy.
  • Represent the company at regional industry events and conferences, building brand visibility and generating new leads.
  • Collaborate internally with product, delivery, and technical teams to ensure smooth handover and successful implementation of new client engagements.
  • Support existing strategic accounts selectively, identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities when relevant.

JOB EXPERIENCE

  • 6–9 years of total sales experience, including at least 4 years in Digital Identity or a relevant adjacent sector.
  • Proven track record of winning new business in the region and achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Hunter mindset with strong consultative selling skills and the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of digital identity technology solutions and ecosystem players.
  • Prior experience across the DACH and CEE market.
  • Knowledge across Digital Identity is a plus

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Completed studies, preferably within Information Management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Willingness to travel across the region as required.
  • Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work in an international environment
  • Autonomous personality with make things happen mindset as well as proactive attitude
  • Problem solving skills
  • Transversal leadership
