You build, mentor, and coach account managers who grow strategic merchant relationships and payments revenue in Mexico City. You manage team operations, set revenue goals, recruit team members, engage executive stakeholders, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Motivate team members and identify training needs
- Coach strategic account planning, contract negotiations, product roadmap discussions, and executive engagement
- Provide strategic and consultative advice on merchants' global payments strategy
- Support the team in unlocking commercial opportunities
- Set individual and team revenue goals
- Report performance and metrics at the executive level
- Create an open communication and feedback culture
- Recruit team members
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing teams and building executive-level enterprise relationships
- 7+ years of experience in account management, business development, consulting, or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills
- Management skills
- Technical aptitude
- Native Spanish
- Full professional proficiency in English
