**Store Manager – Ace Hardware (Bunnell, FL)**

DG Ace Hardware is hiring a full-time Store Manager for our Bunnell store. We're a family-owned group of Ace Hardware stores.

**What you'll do:**
- Run day-to-day operations: sales, inventory, ordering, and store standards
- Hire, train, schedule, and lead the team
- Deliver helpful, friendly service and solve customer problems
- Manage payroll hours, shrink, and store results

**What we're looking for:**
- 3+ years of retail management experience, with hardware or home improvement a plus
- Strong people skills and a hands-on work ethic
- Comfort with POS and inventory systems (we use Epicor Eagle)
- Available for full-time hours, including some weekends

**Pay and benefits:** $65,511.68 per year, plus a potential bonus of up to $11,000 and an employee discount.
