Manager Admin

1. General Administration

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the project site.
  • Establish and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Ensure efficient administrative support to all departments.

2. Facility Management

  • Oversee maintenance of site offices, hostel building, guest houses, camps, and canteens.
  • Ensure availability of utilities such as power, water, internet, and housekeeping services.
  • Monitor upkeep of project infrastructure and facilities.

3. Transportation Management

  • Manage vehicle hiring, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements for employees, visitors, and officials.
  • Monitor vehicle utilization and optimize transportation costs.

4. Contract and Vendor Management

  • Administer contracts related to:
    • Security services
    • Housekeeping services
    • Transportation services
    • Catering and accommodation
    • Facility maintenance
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure service quality.

5. Employee Welfare

  • Manage staff accommodation and camp facilities.
  • Coordinate medical facilities and emergency support.
  • Facilitate employee welfare activities and engagement programs.
  • Ensure a healthy and conducive work environment.

6. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with:
    • Contract Labour Act
    • Shops & Establishment Act
    • Minimum Wages Act
    • Local government regulations
    • Maintain statutory records, permits, and licenses.

7. Budget and Cost Control

  • Prepare and monitor administrative budgets.
  • Control administrative expenses and optimize resource utilization.
  • Ensure cost-effective procurement of administrative services.

8. Event and Visitor Management

  • Arrange site visits for senior management, clients, consultants, and government officials.
  • Organize project meetings, conferences, workshops, and official events.

Educational Qualification:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Preferred:

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Administration, Operations, or Management.
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Facility Management.

Experience

Essential:

  • 12-20 years of experience in administration, facility management, logistics and employee welfare.
  • Experience in large infrastructure projects such as:
    • Hydroelectric Projects
    • Pumped Storage Projects (PSP)
    • Power Projects
    • Railways
    • Roads & Highways
    • Mining
    • Industrial Plants

Preferred:

  • Experience in remote project site administration.
  • Experience handling residential townships, labor camps, and project offices.
  • Exposure to government liaison and statutory compliance.
