Manager, Agile Digital Solutions
Lead and drive digital transformation initiatives across the Group through agile project delivery, AI adoption, business process automation, and enterprise solution implementation. Act as the bridge between business users, IT teams, and solution vendors to deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Innovation & AI
Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI, automation, and digital technologies.
Drive adoption of AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, Vibe-coding and workflow automation platforms.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points.
Design and optimize business processes through digital solutions and automation.
Agile Project Management
Lead digital transformation projects using Agile delivery methodologies.
Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and resource planning.
Coordinate internal stakeholders, business users, and external vendors.
Solution Delivery & Governance
Review solution designs and ensure alignment with IT architecture and governance standards.
Oversee UAT planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Change Management & User Adoption
Plan and execute user training and change management activities.
Promote adoption of new digital tools and solutions.
Measure business benefits and continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements
Degree holder in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines.
6 to 10 years of experience in IT, Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, or Innovative Project Management.
Minimum 2 years in a managerial or project leadership role.
Proven experience managing enterprise application or digital transformation projects.
Solid experience working with business users, senior stakeholders, and external vendors.
Agile / Scrum project delivery methodologies.
Business Analysis and Process Re-engineering.
Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot.
AI, Generative AI, Workflow Automation, Low-Code or Vibe-Code Platforms.
Enterprise systems such as ERP, OA/WF, PMS, CRM, CLS or Portal solutions.
