Manager, Analytical Development Laboratory

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager for our Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) to lead our method development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analytical development, particularly in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors. This role is crucial for ensuring that our laboratory meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency in method development for drug formulation and testing. As the Manager of the Analytical Development Laboratory, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and validation of analytical methods, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing a team of scientists and technicians. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including formulation scientists and quality assurance, to support product development from early stages through to commercialization.
