Manager
We are seeking a hands-on Food Court Manager to oversee daily operations, manage stall/tenant relations, and ensure a clean, efficient, and profitable food court environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily food court operations, cleanliness, and safety compliance
- Manage relationships with stall tenants/vendors and ensure lease/rental compliance
- Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and facilities staff
- Handle customer complaints and ensure service standards are met
- Monitor foot traffic, sales performance, and tenant occupancy
- Coordinate with tenants on promotions, events, and rental renewals
- Ensure compliance with SFA licensing, hygiene, and safety regulations
- Prepare operational and financial reports for management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in F&B operations or facilities/mall management
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with SFA/NEA licensing requirements
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends/PH
