Manager / Assistant Manager, Data Management

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily monitoring, validation checks, troubleshooting and root cause analysis as part of BAU.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality while adhering to the information security framework and data protection policies.
• Manage and integrate data across business units, overseeing and managing ETL data pipelines.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solution and detailed data requirements.
• Support user in creating test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that business standards and specifications are met.
• Create and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, data mapping, process flow, and project plan.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Pre-requisites:

• Relevant technical degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in data management, data integration, and data governance, with the ability to work effectively across different business units (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with NeoXam DataHub and investment data will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to data workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Python) and ETL/ELT concepts would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of relational database (SQL), database design principles, normalization, and data modelling.
• Strong analytical thinking, detail oriented, and willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, data platforms, and business processes.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
