Key Responsibilities:
Application Support L1 is a technical position responsible for ensuring stable, efficient and secure operation of all banking application systems. It coordinates with development teams (L2) to conduct application system operation and maintenance, promptly handle all operational issues, optimize system performance, reduce operational risks and maintain steady system operation.
Daily Inspection: Perform frontline daily inspection on application systems, monitor real-time system status and ensure 7x24 stable operation. Responsible for establishing the cybersecurity management governance model and defining key cybersecurity roles and responsibilities.
Batch Processing Supervision: Oversee system batch processing, report and resolve problems occurred in batch jobs in a timely manner.
Release and Change Implementation: Assist development teams in system release and changes, including version upgrade, patch update and function modification.
System Environment Setup: Carry out setup, configuration and daily maintenance of application-related environments to ensure stable availability.
System Emergency Handling: Report system failures to operation supervisors immediately, resolve emergencies in accordance with procedures, compile failure reports and improve emergency plans and operation manuals.
Problem Analysis: Upgrade recurring incidents and unknown faults to formal problems, and complete problem submission, follow-up, verification and closure in compliance with management rules.
Disaster Recovery Construction: Develop and implement system disaster recovery plans in accordance with infrastructure standards to satisfy business operational needs.
Middleware Management: Undertake maintenance and upgrade of application middleware including WebLogic, Nginx, WebSphere, Apache (Tomcat/HTTP Server), etc.
System Optimization: Assist developers to optimize system performance, parameters, monitoring settings and resource allocation based on actual operation data.
Documentation Maintenance: Timely update operation documents such as operation manuals, emergency plans and inspection records.
Requirement:
Proficient in mainstream Linux operating system distributions including CentOS, RedHat and Ubuntu. Skilled in applying common Linux commands such as awk, sed, grep and find for log analysis, process management, permission configuration, disk mounting and system performance tuning.
Possess solid capabilities in Shell and Python scripting. Able to independently develop operation & maintenance automation scripts to fulfil automated requirements covering system monitoring and alerting, batch execution, log clearing, data backup and restoration.
Well-versed in the installation, configuration, service startup & shutdown, cluster deployment and troubleshooting of mainstream middleware including WebLogic, Nginx, WebSphere, Apache (Tomcat/HTTP Server), etc. Capable of implementing middleware patch upgrades in response to security vulnerability scan results.
Experienced in deployment, configuration and operation of mainstream monitoring tools namely Zabbix, Prometheus and Grafana. Able to set appropriate monitoring thresholds, monitor real-time system operational status via monitoring metrics, and promptly identify performance bottlenecks and abnormal resource utilization issues.
Fully familiar with ITIL-based operation and maintenance workflows including change management, incident management, problem management and configuration management. Able to conduct daily O&M tasks in strict compliance with standard procedures, and complete standard documents such as change requests, incident logs and problem tracking records properly. Maintain standardized O&M operational awareness, capable of formulating standard operating procedures and rollback plans to mitigate operational risks.
Candidates holding professional certifications such as ITIL and RHCE are preferred; those with relevant certifications in banking information system operation and maintenance will be given priority.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position.
