Manager
- Planning workflows, setting goals, managing budgets, and overseeing employee performance through coaching, hiring and conflict resolution.
- Implementing health and safety plans, enforcing regulations, and reducing workplace hazards.
- Inspecting work to ensure compliance with specifications& plans.
- Organizing work crews, assigning tasks, and providing leadership/mentorship to workers.
- Managing subcontractors, materials, and equipment deliveries.
- Preparing daily reports, tracking costs, and managing on-site documentation.
- Effectively bilingual (preferably have to handle Bengali workers)
- May have to work overnight ( preferably at night shift until late night)
