Job Description:

Banking & Corporate Treasury

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage corporate banking relationships and day-to-day banking operations.

- Handle working capital limits, CMA, LC, BG, and other banking facilities.

- Drive bank limit renewals, enhancements, and documentation, including coordination with banks and internal stakeholders.

- Lead bank negotiations for pricing, credit facilities, limits, and other terms.

- Manage corporate treasury activities, including cash flow, fund requirements, and liquidity management.

- Monitor and ensure compliance with banking covenants and facility terms.

- Coordinate with banks for trade finance transactions, including LC/BG issuance and related requirements.

- Manage Forex transactions and provide support on IDPMS/EDPMS activities.

- Maintain strong relationships with banks and ensure timely resolution of banking-related matters.

Educational Qualification & Experience required:

- Ex-banker mandatory, preferably with experience in Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, Credit, or Treasury.

- CA / CMA / MBA Finance (premier institute preferred).

- 5 - 10 years experience in Banking + Corporate Treasury.
