We’re looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales for our payroll and HR solutions. The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication, and a proven record in closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise sales and manage end-to-end sales cycles.
- Build and maintain CXO-level relationships.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B / enterprise sales experience.
- Preferably from payroll or HR tech industry.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Based in Bangalore.
