The Manager, Firefly is responsible for the overall support and leadership of assigned offices, programs, and service regions. As a member of the leadership team, this position oversees service delivery, personnel management, quality assurance, fiscal performance, and program development. The Manager works closely with organizational leadership to ensure services are delivered with excellence while supporting team members, maintaining compliance standards, cultivating referral relationships, and promoting positive outcomes for individuals served.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team dedicated to helping individuals achieve employment, independent living, and personal success goals.
- Develop positive relationships with clients, referral sources, stakeholders, employers, and community partners to enhance service quality and program growth.
- Guide program operations to ensure timely service delivery, achievement of performance outcomes, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop team members through training, performance feedback, field observations, and ongoing professional development.
- Monitor client outcomes, productivity measures, service timelines, and quality indicators to ensure programs meet or exceed established benchmarks.
- Review service documentation, client records, job development activities, and database entries to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality standards.
- Coordinate referrals, staff assignments, scheduling, and resource allocation to support efficient service delivery.
- Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and retain qualified team members while maintaining personnel records and staffing plans.
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies, CARF standards, contractual requirements, confidentiality practices, and health and safety procedures.
- Manage budgets, revenue tracking, billing processes, invoicing, payroll oversight, and fiscal performance for assigned service areas.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, program expansion, funding opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advocate for individuals served by participating in meetings, networking activities, community partnerships, and service coordination efforts.
- Provide direct services as needed, including maintaining a designated caseload when required.
- Complete incident reporting and support risk management efforts to ensure safe and effective service delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree or bachelor's degree in human resources, social services, business administration, rehabilitation, or a related field preferred.
- Two or more years of leadership, supervisory, employment services, personnel management, social services, or related experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of supporting individuals with disabilities and/or barriers to employment, education, and independent living.
- For applicable DD Waiver services, a bachelor's degree may be required to meet Professional Management requirements.
- Relevant experience may substitute for bachelor's degree requirements where permitted.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, internet platforms, electronic records, and other business technology systems.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with diverse audiences.
Additional Qualifications:
- Successful completion of background screenings, including criminal history, driving record, abuse/neglect checks, and fingerprint screening.
- Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required.
- Strong customer service, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients, team members, referral sources, employers, and community stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality outcomes.
Physical Requirements
- Perform primarily sedentary work involving extended periods of sitting.
- Occasionally lift, carry, push, pull, or move items weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Frequently use hands, fingers, and arms for typing, writing, and computer-related tasks.
- Alternate between sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday as needed.
- Communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through electronic communication methods.
