He aha āu mahi | What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the delivery of compliance services, including preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, GST & FBT returns and taxation advice
- Delivering insightful monthly management reporting
- Providing system and process support to help clients improve the way they work
- Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Offering leadership, coaching, and guidance to team members
- Supporting and driving project work that goes beyond compliance
Mōu | About You
- At least 2 years’ manager experience, in a NZ Business Advisory Services (CA) environment, with strong technical capability
- Clear, confident communicator who can bring clarity to complex information
- Commercially minded with the ability to think beyond the numbers
- Skilled at building rapport with a wide range of clients
- Proven leadership experience with a collaborative, supportive style
- Strong at managing your own workflow and overseeing junior team members
- Experience with accounting technology solutions is an advantage
