Manager - Business Analyst (Population health)
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to understand, interpret, and translate healthcare policies and business objectives into effective operational and technology-enabled solutions.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to assess complex issues, identify root causes, and develop practical recommendations to support programme objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, consultation, negotiation, and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build and sustain effective working relationships across MOH, healthcare institutions and technology teams.
- Proven experience in managing, and reporting on programme or project activities, including the ability to identify risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities that may impact programme outcomes.
- Strong requirements gathering and facilitation skills, with experience eliciting business and operational needs through workshops, stakeholder engagements, interviews, observations, and process reviews.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities concurrently, while maintaining a high level of quality and meeting project timelines.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare transformation, process redesign, patient journey mapping, or service improvement initiatives will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, interoperability, and cross-functional programme delivery is preferred.
