Job Summary
Responsible for managing business applications to support operational needs and improve performance within assigned departments. Oversees deployment, maintenance, and optimization activities to ensure systems meet business requirements and compliance standards. Manages staff and resources to deliver enhancements, resolve issues, and maintain application reliability. Coordinates with business stakeholders and IT teams to implement solutions that improve processes and user experience.
Essential Functions
• Manages planning, implementation, and support activities for assigned business applications.
• Oversees application maintenance, upgrades, and integrations to ensure operational reliability.
• Supervises staff performance, development, and workload distribution to achieve departmental objectives.
• Coordinates with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize requests, and align solutions with business needs.
• Ensures compliance with policies, standards, and security requirements within the business applications ecosystem.
• Reviews workflows and processes to identify opportunities for improvement supported by system functionality.
• Prepares and communicates project status, risks, and outcomes to IT leadership and business partners.
• Manages departmental budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocations to support application delivery.
• Reviews application performance metrics and implements adjustments to improve efficiency and usability.
• Ensures resolution of escalated incidents and complex issues related to business applications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree
Experience Requirement: 4-5 years of experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.

Physical Demands
