Manager, Business Credit Contract Non Retail TH
Responsibilities:
- Prepare credit facility agreements for various types of loans.
- Draft collateral agreements, including:
- Business collateral contracts
- Mortgage contracts
- Pledge agreements
- Leasehold rights transfer agreements
- Receivables assignment agreements
- Guarantee agreements
- Prepare amendments and addendums to credit and collateral agreements.
- Draft debt restructuring agreements.
- Review legal documents related to syndicated loans, including credit and collateral documentation.
- Verify contractual conditions such as:
- Conditions precedent
- Drawdown conditions
- Covenants
in standard bank templates, syndicated loan agreements, or documents prepared by external law firms, ensuring alignment with approved credit terms.
- Coordinate with credit officers and branches regarding contract signing, mortgage registration, issuance of cashier’s checks, fee collection, and stamp duty payments.
- Prepare legal transaction notifications for relevant departments to set up credit limits and initiate loan disbursements.
- Prepare notifications for changes in collateral status, such as:
- Account freeze/release
- Collateral release
- Cancellation of receivables assignment
- Redemption of pledged share certificates
- Liaise with the legal department to draft, revise, and update standard contracts and legal documents related to credit and collateral transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Political Science, Business Administration, Finance & Banking, or other related fields.
- Solid understanding of legal principles related to contracts, obligations, guarantees, pledges, mortgages, and land law.
- Proficient in English communication – speaking, reading, and writing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial institutions or related organizations, specifically in legal documentation, guarantees, pledges, and mortgages.
- Experience in coordinating with government agencies such as:
- The Land Office
- The Stock Exchange of Thailand
- Other relevant regulatory bodies
