Requirements:

Bachelors Degree
2 to 3 years in current job level, more than 5 years if AM post for promotion
Experience with either: Operations Excellence, Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement
If with Lean Six Sigma Belt, it’s an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Analyze operational performance and identify optimization opportunities
Develop dashboards, reports, and performance insights for stakeholders
Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action planning
Partner with Operations, Quality, Training, and Support Functions to improve business outcomes
Monitor project benefits realization and sustainment
