Manager, Business Human Resources
HR Business Partnering
· Partner with business leaders to align people’s strategies with business objectives and operational priorities.
· Provide strategic advice and coaching on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
· Support organizational change, restructuring, and transformation initiatives.
· Build strong partnerships with managers and employees to foster a high-performance culture.
Performance & Talent Management
· Support the implementation of performance management and talent programs in partnership with Talent Management Team.
· Work with managers on goal setting, performance reviews, and calibration discussions.
· Support talent review and succession planning activities within assigned functions.
· Assist managers in identifying and developing key talent and high-potential employees.
· Monitor talent and performance trends and provide insights to support people’s decisions.
HR Programs & Projects
· Lead and coordinate key HR initiatives and programs across the organization.
· Drive employee engagement action planning and follow-up activities.
· Support leadership development, recognition, wellbeing, and culture-building initiatives.
· Manage local implementation of regional and global HR projects.
· Ensure effective execution and communication of HR programs across the business.
Digitalization & Continuous Improvement
· Lead HR digitalization efforts to improve efficiency, employee experience, and service delivery.
· Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes.
· Drive adoption of HR technologies, dashboards, self-service tools, and AI-enabled solutions.
· Partner with internal stakeholders to implement digital transformation projects.
· Champion a continuous improvement mindset and data-driven decision-making.
HR Analytics & Reporting
· Analyze workforce trends and people data to support business decisions.
· Develop and maintain HR dashboards and management reports.
· Monitor key HR metrics, including turnover, engagement, headcount, performance, and succession readiness.
· Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data.
Requirements
Education & Experience
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Information Systems, or related discipline.
· Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partnering responsibilities.
· Strong experience in performance management, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
· Proven track record in leading HR projects and change initiatives.
· Experience in HR digitalization, process improvement, automation, or analytics is highly preferred.
· Experience in a multinational organization is an advantage.
