• Support target management, attainment tracking, and business health monitoring across assigned scopes.

• Support quota execution processes, including workbook management, target roll-down coordination, quality checks, and process administration as applicable.

• Help identify risks, gaps, and operating implications related to coverage, target performance, quota execution, or sales performance trends.

Cross-functional Partnership and Flexible Scope Ownership:

• Partner with Sales leadership, Analytics, Finance, CRM, and other stakeholders to align business inputs, reporting outputs, and follow-up actions.

• Translate recurring business performance signals into practical implications and operating actions.

• Support ad hoc requests tied to recurring business management needs while maintaining focus on core operating priorities.

• Take on different areas of ownership over time based on team priorities, candidate strengths, and evolving business needs.

Operational Improvement:

• Support process improvement efforts related to operating cadence, reporting, target management, quota execution, or workflow simplification.

• Help monitor CRM hygiene, process adherence, and recurring operating issues across the organization.

• Document workflows, templates, definitions, and operating standards to improve repeatability and scale.

Basic Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, sales analytics, business operations, reporting, or a related analytical and operational role.

• Experience supporting performance tracking, reporting, or sales performance processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.

• Strong data capability, including the ability to interpret business performance data, identify key drivers, and translate findings into clear implications.

• Strong Excel /SQL skills and comfort working with business data, reporting outputs, dashboards, and operational tracking tools.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
