Job Summary

Lead and manage operation center activities for a utilities group, coordinating teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient work execution, data management, and issue resolution while driving continuous improvement through analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to manage operation center activities including customer appointment calls, database updates, job scheduling, manpower planning, and contractor deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders such as customers, contractors, and agencies to ensure effective work execution and timely resolution of issues
• Track and analyze operational trends to identify issues, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Utilize IT systems and tools (e.g., CRM systems, PowerApps, MS Office) to manage and process large volumes of data efficiently
• Maintain and update databases to support management reporting needs
• Generate reports with proactive analysis to anticipate and mitigate potential escalation issues
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree qualification
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
• Experience developing dashboards, tools, and digital solutions to support business operations
• Proven leadership and influencing skills to drive change across diverse teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with workplace tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI, and CRM systems
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Curious, analytical mindset with eagerness to learn
• Proactive and confident in taking ownership within a small team
• Collaborative, communicative, and reliable work approach
• Strong sense of integrity and accountability

Other Information

• Location: Kallang Sector; may require attending site issues at Tengah when necessary
• Working hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm (Monday to Friday), with possible extended hours and weekend work during peak periods
