We are seeking a Manager, Business Processes & SAP Solutions (m/f/d) mainly for Maintain to Settle and Invest to Divest processes at UPM Next Generation Renewables Business Processes team for a temporary position until December 31, 2027. The position is located in Helsinki, Finland or Leuna, Germany. Other UPM locations are negotiable.
What you will do
In this role, you will leverage your business process knowledge and SAP expertise to maintain and develop mainly the Maintain to Settle and Invest to Divest processes within the Biofuels ERP and Biochemicals ERP systems.
You will work together with process owners, solution owners, and key users to resolve issues and manage development demands to ensure the alignment of the SAP PM and SAP PS solutions with business requirements. You will also collaborate with UPM IT and IT vendors to ensure the quality of the solution design.
Who you are
· You have a minimum of five years of experience from SAP PM and SAP PS modules in process industry, especially in biofuels and/or biochemicals built on Oil & Gas and Chemical SAP template
· You have experience and proven track record of several complex SAP implementation projects from initiation to closure
· You have experience from UPM solutions and best practices in Maintain to Settle and Invest to Divest processes, or also other modules
· You have strong expertise in maintenance processes in process industry
· You have strong expertise in development project planning and execution at UPM
· You have the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and team members
· You have problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues and risks
· You have excellent oral and written skills in English, Finnish or German is a plus
