We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead and optimize the Company’s compensation, benefits, payroll, tax, and compliance programs. This role is responsible not only for designing and enhancing compensation and benefits policies and practices, but also for actively managing and executing payroll operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.



Our Team



The ideal candidate will have experience working in multinational organizations and possess strong expertise in expatriate payroll administration and individual income tax compliance. This position requires close collaboration with Global HR, Finance, external payroll vendors, and tax consultants to provide professional guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate business risks.


What You Will Do

Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or Total Rewards experience.

Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.

Comprehensive knowledge of Taiwan payroll administration, individual income tax regulations, labor laws, and statutory compliance requirements.

Proven experience managing expatriate compensation, payroll, and tax matters.

Strong understanding of individual income tax filing, withholding tax requirements, and cross-border payroll compliance.

Hands-on experience performing complex payroll calculations, validations, and issue resolution.

Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to work independently with overseas stakeholders, consultants, and service providers.


What Will Put You Ahead


Experience working in multinational corporations or foreign-invested companies.

Experience managing international assignments, expatriate programs, or Global Mobility operations.

Experience in compensation structure design, salary benchmarking, job grading, and job architecture.

Familiarity with internal control frameworks, compliance requirements, and internal/external audit processes.

Experience partnering with external tax advisory firms such as KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, or EY is highly preferred.
