Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Cardiac Cath Lab Manager, you will lead daily operations, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient cardiac care, managing staff, and upholding clinical standards.Every day you will optimize scheduling, resources, and workflow, while developing staff and fostering a collaborative team environment.To succeed, you need strong leadership, extensive clinical knowledge, and the ability to drive quality and compliance for superior patient outcomes.
We are offering to qualified and experienced candidates a sign-on bonus not to exceed 10% of salary for this position.
Job Requirements
Required
- Bachelors degree upon hire or a combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in related field. and
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.
- Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire or
- Respiratory Care Practitioner: CA, upon hire and
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or
- Registered Technologist Cardio Interventional Radiography (RTCV) and
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire
