The Operations Manager – Credit Control Team is responsible for leading, mentoring, and optimizing the performance of the credit control and accounts receivable functions. This role goes beyond standard debt collection; it focus on designing efficient workflows, mitigating financial risk, maintaining strong customer relationships, and leveraging automation to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and improve cash flow.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 10+ years in credit control/accounts receivable, with at least >5years in a management or team leadership role.
