1. Plan weekly/monthly production schedule based on sales orders + inventory.

2. Allocate manpower, machines, materials for solid wood, panel, upholstery, finishing lines.

3. Set QC standards for dimensions, finishing, joints colour matching.

4. Do random checks at each stage. Handle customer complaints/returns due to defects.
