Manager, Client Accounting Services (CAS) – Professional Services Focus

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and review outsourced controllership and accounting services for professional service clients
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Support clients with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and profitability analysis
- Develop financial dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze revenue trends, utilization rates, project profitability, and operational performance metrics
- Standardize accounting processes, internal controls, and documentation to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Serve as the primary financial advisor and point of contact for business owners and leadership teams
- Collaborate with clients on growth planning, staffing decisions, pricing strategies, and operational improvements
- Lead, coach, and review CAS staff work to ensure quality, timeliness, and consistency
- Assist clients with accounting system optimization, workflow improvements, and technology implementation
- Coordinate with tax, audit, and other advisors to deliver seamless client service
