Manager – Client Acquisition

We are looking for a *Corporate Sales / Business Development Executive* to acquire new corporate clients and generate manpower requirements for our recruitment services.


Responsibilities: -

* Identify and approach new corporate clients.

* Connect with HRs, TA teams, and hiring managers.

* Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and networking.

* Understand client hiring requirements and convert prospects into clients.

* Bring new manpower/recruitment requirements to the internal recruitment team.

* Maintain client relationships and achieve monthly business targets.

Requirements :-

* 2+years experience in B2B/Corporate Sales or Business Development.

* Recruitment/Staffing/Manpower services experience preferred.

* Strong communication, negotiation, client acquisition, and follow-up skills.

* Proven experience in new client acquisition is an advantage.
