We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Clinical Research Nurse Manager to lead clinical research operations, elevate quality patient care, and support a high-performing team in a dynamic oncology research environment. Responsibilities\:

· Lead day-to-day clinical research nursing operations within the Clinical Research Unit.

· Drive excellence in patient care, safety, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes.

· Manage staffing, coaching, performance development, and team engagement.

· Partner across departments to support research protocols and protocol patient care.

· Contribute to strategic planning, implementations of new services and budget stewardship.

· Support education and clinical research readiness across inpatient and outpatient teams.
