Manager, Co-Brand Growth & Partnerships

Responsible for the relationship management, strategy and budget allocations of US Co-Brand Card and Financial partners (Mastercard, Chase Travel).

Your day to day

  • Mange relationships and deliver on partnerships strategy with core partners, such as Mastercard and Chase Travel
  • Responsible for delivering on contractual commitments across partner relationships
  • Actively partner with our Co-Brand partners and Internal stakeholders in Marketing, Finance, Legal, Analytics and Operations to drive ancillary revenue for IHG
  • Analyze and monitor partner initiative performance
  • Analyze and monitor competitive intelligence and make appropriate decisions on market responses

What we need from you

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in partnership management (financial partnerships a plus) or project management
  • Experience in engaging cross functional working partnerships in a global organization
  • Strong decision making, influencing/consensus building and analytical skills with clear understanding of impact on IHG revenue goals and bottom-line
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with marketing to maximize the value of the financial partner marketing funds
  • Experience effectively managing stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of negotiating strategic partner relationships and providing information to clients, vendors, and staff

Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the Atlanta office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

The salary range for this role is $106,000.00 to $115,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
