Manager - Coaching & Mentoring - Education/Training Firm

We are looking at hiring a Manager - Coaching & Skilling with a Startup based in Gurgaon.

One needs to lead and deliver high-impact coaching and mentoring solutions for professionals across industries and organisational levels. The role will combine client-facing coaching, programme management, and the development of scalable learning and mentoring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and delivery of customised coaching, mentoring, and skilling programmes aligned with client needs.

- Conduct assessments to understand client goals, leadership challenges, and development priorities.

- Develop coaching strategies, learning journeys, and measurable development plans.

- Coach and mentor professionals across levels, including emerging leaders, middle managers, and senior leaders.

- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, group coaching, and mentoring interventions.

- Manage programme delivery end-to-end, including timelines, stakeholder communication, progress tracking, and reporting.

- Build strong relationships with clients, coaches, mentors, and internal stakeholders.

- Support the selection, onboarding, and quality management of coaches and mentors within the network.

- Monitor programme impact, gather feedback, and recommend continuous improvements.

- Stay current with coaching methodologies, leadership-development trends, and industry best practices.

- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and high ethical standards across all engagements.

Qualifications:

- 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in coaching, mentoring, learning and development, talent development, or leadership development.

- Demonstrated experience managing coaching, mentoring, or skilling programmes for corporate clients.

- Strong understanding of coaching principles, adult learning, and leadership-development methodologies.

- Experience coaching professionals at multiple organisational levels.

- Excellent stakeholder-management, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple programmes and client relationships simultaneously.

- A recognised coaching certification, such as ICF, IAC, or EMCC, is preferred. ICF ACC or PCC certification will be an advantage.

- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Additional Information:

- This is a full-time work from office role.

- Compensation will be based on experience and scope of responsibility.
