Manager Commercial Contracts (d/m/f)

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Several years (5+) of experience in contract management, commercial management, legal operations, or a closely related field
• Experience managing complex B2B customer agreements in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or a similar industry
• Strong understanding of commercial contract structures, contract drafting capabilities and risk identification
• Experience with CLM or other digital contract tools; exposure to AI-enabled contract capabilities is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills combined with strong negotiation skills
• Ability to translate legal terms into business decisions
• Strong project, process improvement, and change management capabilities
• Proficiency in German (at least B2 Niveau) and English (spoken and written)
