Manager Commercial Operations & Enablement

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially focused Manager Commercial Operations & Enablement to lead the Commercial Operations & Enablement function for Global Leisure Sales. In this role, you will drive operational excellence, sales enablement, governance, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives that support revenue growth, profitability, and consistent commercial performance across leisure sales channels. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance business processes, improve data quality, strengthen compliance, and support effective commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial operations and enablement activities across Global Leisure Sales, ensuring effective support for commercial execution.
• Manage reporting, governance, CRM, and operational processes to improve sales effectiveness and business performance.
• Develop and maintain reporting, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities that provide actionable commercial insights.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, governance, and data quality.
• Oversee CRM administration, reporting standards, data governance, and user adoption activities.
• Coordinate commercial governance, contract administration, compliance monitoring, and supporting documentation processes.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Contracts, Revenue Management, Marketing, Technology, and regional teams to resolve business issues and improve commercial effectiveness.
• Lead training, standardization, and change management initiatives that strengthen commercial processes and best practices.
• Manage and develop the Commercial Operations & Enablement team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Support strategic and transformation initiatives that enhance operational performance and achieve commercial objectives.
