Senior Manager / Manager, Compliance & Service Assurance

Job description

Compliance, Risk & Governance

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, the Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA) and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
  • Oversee and monitor compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines across property management operations.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits, identify gaps and potential risks, and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
  • Assist in developing, reviewing and enhancing company policies, procedures and guidelines to strengthen governance and operational effectiveness.
  • Support projects in ensuring compliance with applicable company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Quality Assurance & Certification

  • Coordinate with external auditors on annual audits, certification and re-certification requirements.
  • Act as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for ETC Property Management, overseeing data protection practices and compliance.
  • Liaise with the Association of Property & Facilities Management (APFM) on matters relating to Certified Property and Facilities Manager (CPFM) certification.

Digital Transformation & Process Improvement

  • Coordinate the development, testing, implementation and rollout of the Integrated Property Management solution across all property management sites.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to facilitate system adoption, improve operational processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Training & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Coordinate training programmes for the Property Management to enhance staff awareness of compliance requirements, policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external auditors, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders to promote a strong compliance culture.
  • Undertake other duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Building/Facilities Management, Business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, legal, property management or a related field.
  • Sound knowledge or experience in contract management, regulatory compliance, workflow processes and data protection.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, workplace safety and health requirements, and PDPA will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, assess compliance gaps and recommend practical solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Good organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive and collaborative individual who can foster a cooperative work environment and drive continuous improvement.
