Manager, Corporate Communications

The job holder is part of a dynamic team that builds and guards National Dental Centre Singapore (NDCS)’s profile as a trusted leader in oral healthcare and fosters the Centre’s academic medicine aspirations through excellent communications to showcase NDCS’ strengths and desired positioning.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be part of the team to showcase the importance of oral health and how this impacts physical and overall health.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive communications, including media communications, leadership communications such as speeches, memos and focused engagements.
  • Manage the editorial content calendar and keep staff engaged on key happenings and milestones in NDCS.
  • Work with different stakeholders and departments, and with SingHealth on patient education materials, videos as well as internal events.
  • Assist in crisis communications.
  • Represent corporate communications in selected committee meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • University degree
  • Strong writing skills
  • At least 5-8 years relevant experience in corporate communications
  • Strong in project management and able to multi-task and drive multi-faceted campaigns and deliver outcomes by set deadlines
  • Excellent spoken and written command of English and a second language
  • Confident, self-driven, meticulous, with high emotional quotient
  • Able to use Adobe Photoshop or Canva, and Capcut (or any other video software) to adopt new/emerging technologies or software as and when required
