Manager - Corporate Operation Audit
The Manager – Operations Audit leads and manages operational audit assignments, ensuring that audit engagements are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with the Global Internal Audit Standards (2025). The role is responsible for the planning, execution, and reporting of audit activities, managing audit teams, and providing value-adding insights to business units. The Manager serves as a bridge between audit execution and strategic input, ensuring quality assurance, risk coverage, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage operational audits, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and audit methodology.
· Develop detailed audit plans, risk assessments, and test programs for operational areas.
· Supervise and review working papers, ensuring completeness and accuracy of audit documentation.
· Provide clear, actionable recommendations to enhance internal controls and operational efficiency.
· Facilitate closing meetings and communicate findings with senior management stakeholders.
· Contribute to the development and refinement of the annual risk-based audit plan.
· Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
· Ensure that audit findings and recommendations are effectively followed up and resolved.
· Collaborate with other assurance and governance functions to optimize risk coverage and synergy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certification (CIA, CISA, or Lean Six Sigma) required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with Corporate operations related Audits, I.e., Procurement, HR, Facility audits.
- 5 to 10 years of total experience with at least 2-3 years in Internal auditing.
- Certified Internal Auditor and Saudi national are a plus.
- Worked in a top tier organizations and fluency in English.
