Manager Creator and Ambassador Program
You manage a creator ambassador program from influencer scouting and vetting through negotiations, campaign execution, performance analysis, and alumni engagement. You coordinate selection cycles, maintain program infrastructure, manage client and creator relationships, produce reporting, and keep contracting and compliance processes on track.
Responsibilities
- Own influencer and talent partnerships from scouting through performance analysis
- Manage the annual creator selection cycle
- Lead strategy and execution for single-brand and multi-brand campaigns
- Negotiate deals and contracts and secure usage rights
- Manage client, talent agency, and creator relationships
- Maintain and troubleshoot Creator IQ and Airtable infrastructure
- Build reporting resources for internal reviews and client-facing QBRs
- Track and analyze creator and campaign performance
- Produce post-campaign ROI reports and trend insights
- Support the Alumni program
- Coordinate vetting, contracting, and compliance processes
- Serve as an operational contact for the client
- Escalate issues to the Director and VP
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, digital media, or a related environment
- Experience negotiating and managing creator and agency partnerships
- Experience managing high-volume operational processes
- Knowledge of the creator economy and TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Familiarity with Creator IQ, Airtable, or comparable systems
- Negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Client-ready reporting skills
- Experience in beauty, retail, or CPG creator marketing is preferred
- Influencer campaign performance analytics experience
- Working knowledge of invoicing and purchase order systems such as Coupa
