Job Description:

Beauty Co-Lab in New York seeks a Manager to lead media strategy, planning and buying initiatives on L'Oreal's PPD client. You will coordinate cross-channel campaigns and optimize performance for clients.

Responsible for planning paid media campaigns and managing client budgets

The Manager will help to deliver clients’ business objectives through bespoke and insight-rooted media plans. They will steward strategic & tactical plan development and implementation, including channel allocations, flighting strategies, and budget scenarios.

They will be tasked to manage up to the Sr. Manager/Associate Director level and supervise the Associates'/Sr. Associates' day-to-day activities.

Presents basic recommendations and educational materials to the client.

Stays up to date on consumer trends, best practices and opportunities across channels.

Provides oversight and training to junior team members.





$50,000 - $95,000
