Manager, Data & AI Portfolio & Project Management

What You Will Deliver

Lead Portfolio Strategy and Governance

• Establish and operate the Data & AI portfolio-management framework.
• Define governance cadence, decision rights and stage gates.
• Maintain an enterprise view of demand, priorities, investments and capacity.
• Provide decision-ready recommendations on sequencing and corrective actions.

Direct Program and Project Delivery

• Oversee Data & AI programs and initiatives from intake through closure.
• Set standards for planning, reporting, risk management and change control.
• Intervene on critical delivery exceptions and coordinate resolution.

Manage Performance and Value

• Define portfolio KPIs and oversee dashboards, forecasts and executive reporting.
• Track commitments, benefits, adoption and realized value.
• Lead portfolio reviews and ensure decisions and actions are implemented.
• Identify material risks, dependencies and resource constraints.

Enable Business Operations

• Coordinate budget, resource planning and procurement support for the portfolio.
• Oversee vendor-delivery coordination and performance visibility.

Build Capability and Partnerships

• Develop portfolio and delivery-management capability.
• Build effective partnerships across business and Technology & Innovation.
• Promote consistent standards, continuous improvement and accountable delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business, or related discipline.

Experience

• 10+ years of portfolio, program or project management experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Experience governing Data & AI portfolios, teams, budgets and vendors.
