  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data feeding into real-time monitoring platforms.

  • Oversee data integration across clinical, operational, IT, and cybersecurity domains.

  • Drive predictive analytics and trend analysis to support decision-making and risk anticipation.

  • Standardise performance definitions and ensure cross-hospital reporting alignment.

  • Present consolidated analytics insights to support executive performance reviews.

  • Support enhancement of data architecture and dashboard automation.

  • Participate in analytics capability development initiatives.

  • Contribute to enterprise reporting standardisation efforts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 7 —10 years in analytics, healthcare reporting, or enterprise data environment.

  • Strong data governance knowledge, dashboard development expertise, analytical reasoning, and executive reporting capability.
