- Drive predictive analytics and trend analysis to support decision-making and risk anticipation.
- Standardise performance definitions and ensure cross-hospital reporting alignment.
- Present consolidated analytics insights to support executive performance reviews.
- Support enhancement of data architecture and dashboard automation.
- Participate in analytics capability development initiatives.
- Contribute to enterprise reporting standardisation efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7–10 years in analytics, healthcare reporting, or enterprise data environment.
- Strong data governance knowledge, dashboard development expertise, analytical reasoning, and executive reporting capability.
