In this role, you lead multidisciplinary Data & AI initiatives to turn data into trusted, scalable AI solutions. You’ll work across service lines to solve complex problems for clients and improve decision-making through AI. You’ll drive engagements from problem framing to production, ensuring quality, security and responsible AI. You will mentor teams, develop opportunities, and contribute to EY’s broader data & AI capabilities. - Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Significant experience delivering data science, ML or AI solutions
- Proven experience leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of the analytical lifecycle and proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with cloud-based data and AI services and moving solutions into production
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including explaining technical concepts clearly
