Program Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

Program Manager, Healthcare Provider, Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences position will oversee the full range of reimbursement services and ensure the program is running per the scope of work, and standard operating procedures within the contract.

This Program Manager role will be located in Somerset, New Jersey and will report directly to the Associate Director, Client Services, Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences.

Key Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Manage day-to-day activity of the program operation, including supervision of staff
• Assist staff in meeting deadlines requested by Company or client partner

• Contribute to the analysis and writing of client reports and other deliverables
• Monitor and report on program statistics and metrics used to measure the performance of team members and the program as a whole.
• Presents Monthly and Trimester metrics of program information to internal and external customers
• Participate with Hub Services leadership on initiatives to improve processes
• Travel on a limited basis to oversee and lead performance of the HUB services in a different location

• Participate in interviewing prospective employees and evaluating current employees
• Provide verbal and written feedback to team members based on performance reviews, statistics, QA results
• Ability to demonstrate successful leadership to team members in two locations
• Analyze, review and prepare reports within the CRM or Excel sheets for the team members
• Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office and Internet experience

• Assist staff in meeting deadlines requested by Company or client partner
• Assist the Associate Director (Program Director) of the program in preparing strategic planning modules for the company or client partner

Preferred job qualifications:

• Associate Degree or 2+ years in professional experience customer service, pharmaceutical, medical, insurance, call center, or related field required
• Must possess a minimum of three (3+) years of experience working in Reimbursements Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or Patient Services
• Experience managing a team of Nurse/Case Managers, Patient Service Representatives, or similar role
• Experience reporting on HUB metrics and communicating trends to clients

• Salesforce software experience
• Microsoft Office and Internet experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Must be currently eligible to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Must consent to and successfully clear all required pre-employment screenings (i.e., background and substance screenings)
