MANAGER/DEPUTY MANAGER – GROUND ENGINEERING & FACILITIES
The Job Includes:
- Ensure the maintenance and repair of all buildings, platforms and infrastructure
to support safe, efficient operations without disruptions.
- Oversee the design, fabrication, and installation of new platforms and fuel systems
in resorts and remote locations, collaborating with vehicle and electrical teams.
- Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety practices, providing
suitable safety gear, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain and procure necessary tools, equipment, and materials, coordinating
with the stores team to avoid operational interruptions.
- Supervise and motivate staff, fostering a positive team environment, and address
customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Postgraduate
qualifications, preferably MBA from a recognized university.
- 5+ years in facilities or infrastructure maintenance, with experience in
overseeing projects at multiple locations.
- Strong project management and planning skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
- Proven experience in supervising, training, and motivating staff in a collaborative
team environment
