Open 23d

Introduction

Play a key role in protecting and strengthening one of the region’s largest hotel portfolios by driving retention, renewals, and asset management initiatives across EAPAC. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of hotel ownership, real estate, investment, and commercial strategy, partnering with owners, investors, and senior stakeholders to influence high-profile business decisions. If you enjoy complex negotiations, strategic problem-solving, and delivering commercial outcomes, this role offers exposure to some of the most important hotel assets across the region

Your day to day

  • Monitor and assess portfolio risk across EAPAC, identifying hotels at risk of exiting the system, forecasting retention opportunities, and developing strategies to protect key assets and ownership relationships.
  • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of projects including hotel sales, ownership transitions, contract renewals, brand changes, management-to-franchise conversions, and strategic capital investment initiatives.
  • Partner with hotel owners, investors, brokers, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to retain strategic hotels, support transactions, and strengthen long-term portfolio performance.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and contract renewals, protecting contractual rights while identifying solutions that support both business objectives and owner needs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across legal, finance, operations, design, investment analysis, and brand functions to evaluate opportunities, secure approvals, and drive projects through to successful completion.

What we need from you

  • Experience within hospitality, real estate, investment analysis, acquisitions, lending, consulting, or a related commercial field, with exposure to hotel transactions, negotiations, or development projects.
  • Strong understanding of hotel investment fundamentals, financial analysis, valuation principles, and commercial deal structures, with the ability to evaluate opportunities and risks effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and negotiations, balancing multiple priorities while driving outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging owners, investors, brokers, and senior business leaders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, combined with a proactive, results-driven mindset and the resilience to navigate complex commercial situations
