Manager Devops

Summary

The DevOps Manager will lead the DevOps department, overseeing cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure strategy. The role requires extensive experience in IT infrastructure and team leadership, preferably within the fintech or banking sectors.

Requirments:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, System Administration, DevOps, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing DevOps or Infrastructure teams.
  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or large-scale enterprise environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and security compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the DevOps Department, including DevOps Engineers
  • Develop and execute the organization's DevOps strategy, roadmap, and best practices.
  • Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve software delivery efficiency.
  • Oversee cloud infrastructure, on-premise environments, and hybrid architectures.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, reliability, and performance of critical systems and applications.
  • Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using modern automation tools.
  • Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Security, Delivery team, and IT Operations teams.
  • Manage infrastructure budgets, cloud spending, vendor relationships, and technology investments.
