About the role
As our new Manager Digital Delivery, you’ll lead the front-end engineering and digital delivery capability behind CareSuper’s member-facing digital experiences. Reporting to the General Manager Digital, you’ll coordinate delivery across Digital, Technology, DevOps, vendors and platform partners to ensure changes are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with our technology delivery processes.

About the role
As our new Manager Digital Delivery, you’ll lead the front-end engineering and digital delivery capability behind CareSuper’s member-facing digital experiences. Reporting to the General Manager Digital, you’ll coordinate delivery across Digital, Technology, DevOps, vendors and platform partners to ensure changes are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with our technology delivery processes.
You will:
- Lead and coordinate digital delivery across front-end developers, Technology teams, DevOps, vendors and platform partners.
- Manage delivery planning, estimation, technical dependencies, environments, defects, release readiness and deployment coordination across website, Member Online, app, SitecoreAI and related platforms.
- Provide front-end engineering leadership, ensuring solutions are accessible, performant, reusable, maintainable and aligned to UX and platform standards.
- Work closely with Technology, Architecture, Data and platform teams to manage APIs, integrations, environments and technical dependencies.
- Support the practical use of AI tools to improve development, testing, documentation, defect analysis and delivery efficiency.
- Maintain clear delivery governance, reporting, issue management and stakeholder communication across digital initiatives.
We’re looking for a hands-on digital delivery leader who can bring together strong front-end engineering capability, delivery discipline and a practical improvement mindset.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Strong experience in digital delivery, front-end engineering or technology delivery leadership.
- Practical front-end development experience across modern web technologies, CMS platforms and digital experience environments.
- A strong understanding of DevOps, release management, testing, environments, integrations and technology delivery processes.
- Experience coordinating delivery across Digital, Technology, vendors, DevOps and platform teams in a complex or regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of UX implementation, accessibility, performance, reusable components and front-end engineering quality.
- Confidence managing delivery risks, blockers, defects, dependencies and technical trade-offs.
- Curiosity about AI-assisted development practices and how AI can improve engineering and delivery workflows.
