The Manager of Digital & Loyalty Analytics will be a pivotal role focused on leveraging data-driven insights to drive the next phase of growth for Church’s Texas Chicken. This Manager will be a key player for the Data & Analytics function within Marketing and will have access to all the latest data & tools made available via Church’s innovative IT group. They will also have visibility to many key initiatives across the organization & play a crucial part in enhancing our digital ordering and loyalty programs, ultimately driving overall growth and success for the brand.

Acting as a key analytical partner for the Digital & Loyalty team, this role will have wide cross-functional and senior leader visibility. They will build and maintain reporting frameworks for digital sales performance, directly influencing the strategy and execution of Church’s 1st party owned revenue channels. Ambitious growth goals will be achieved by synthesizing key insights from digital revenue and CRM data and translating them into recommendations & action steps in digital’s go-to-market planning process. This role will also support driving new off-premise growth via 3rd party delivery, and principally via Church’s new branded catering program.

Key Responsibilities

The high level focus areas will primarily be:

  • Engineering & maintenance of core reporting infrastructure for digital & off-premise sales
  • Supporting loyalty & catering programs with high-level performance tracking
  • Offer analysis & recommendation engine for loyalty program
  • Customer level analysis for all digital marketing campaigns

At a more detailed level, this will look like:

  • Leading digital performance analysis and forecasting by extending digital & off premise reporting capabilities across first & third party channels, promotions, offers, etc.
  • Producing weekly reports of digital & off premise sales performance, customer behavior, and loyalty program outcomes—across first & third party channels.
  • Managing continual improvements to automated reports and dashboards for digital ordering and loyalty, ensuring requirements from stakeholders are met.
  • Working cross-functionally to identify the best strategies for digital & loyalty growth. Provide insights and recommendations for campaigns based on data insights.
  • Conducting ad hoc analysis to generate business insights on a regular cadence, to support key decisions for optimizing marketing performance.
  • Performing other analytically driven exercises as assigned.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Ability to synthesize complex and disparate data into actionable insights and analysis.
  • Proactive in building new capabilities, processes & templates to enhance the in-house analytics function & support digital and loyalty growth.
  • Demonstrated understanding of loyalty & CRM programs, customer segmentation, ecommerce & web analytics.
  • Experience implementing, managing or utilizing CDPs would be a big plus.
  • Willingness to adopt new tools that will improve overall productivity (e.g., AI).
  • Ability to foster and build strong relationships across functions in the organization.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, and the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science / Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar analytical role, preferably in a restaurant concept, or another segment of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel, Access), and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of structured query language (SQL), Python or R to access and manipulate raw data.
  • Practical implementation of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, CoPilot) is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms & web analytics tools would be a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Company office policy requires all hybrid roles to be onsite 4 days a week (Mon-Thu), with Friday being remote. Hours are 8:30-5:30.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of time.
